Where is the Chico Creek Watershed?

“… the term watershed is a geographic area where any drop of rain will drain to a single body of water. So, no matter where you are, you are in a watershed. The Chico Creek Watershed includes all the land that drains into Chico Bay,  through Chico Creek or from one of its tributaries (Kitsap Creek, Lost Creek, Wildcat Creek, and Dickerson Creek). This natural boundary, outlined by the surrounding ridge tops, provides a convenient area for managing natural resources.” excerpted from Kitsap County Launches Watershed Planning In The Chico Creek Watershed
