July 23, 2008                        DCD issued Determination of Significance for Ueland Project

Feb. 27, 2009                       DCD issued Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for proposed Ueland Project

Mar. 25, 2009                       DCD held Public Meeting to discuss DEIS

Mar. 30, 2009                       End of comment period for DEIS

Aug 25, 2009                        DCD issued Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) approving proposed Ueland Project

Sept. 8, 2009                        Concerned Citizens of Chico Creek Water Basin (CCCCWB) filed appeal of FEIS and CUP

Nov. 9-10, 2009                   FEIS and CUP Appeal presented before Kitsap County Hearing Examiner

Dec 14, 2009                        Continuation of FEIS and CUP Appeal before Hearing Examiner

March 15, 2010                   Hearing Examiner denied FEIS Appeal and approved CUP

April 5, 2010                         CCCCWB appealed Hearing Examiner decision to Kitsap County Board of County Commissioners (County Commissioners)

May 24, 2010                       County Commissioners deny to hear appeal

June 11, 2010                       CCCCWB filed suit in Kitsap County Superior Court (Superior Court) against Ueland and DCD

Aug. 10, 2010                       CCCCWB filed FEIS Appeal in Superior Court

Sept. 17, 2010                      CCCCWB filed CUP Appeal in Superior Court

Oct 13, 2010                         Pursuant to a negotiated agreement, Superior Court dismissed CCCCWB’s petition challenging the FEIS adequacy

Feb 17, 2011                        Kitsap Superior Court ruled that the Hearing Examiner’s findings were correct
